Refund policy

We want you to love Oela. Every product comes with its own money-back guarantee window, shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email. If you're not satisfied with your first order for any reason, contact us within that window at hello@oelabeauty.com and we'll make it right with a full refund — no questions asked. Not sure what your guarantee period is? Just email us your order number and we'll look it up for you. This guarantee applies to your first order only and does not extend to subsequent subscription renewal shipments.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out immediately and we'll resolve it right away.

Subscription Orders

You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by emailing hello@oelabeauty.com.

European Union Orders

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
